These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TakeBackMyAccount at takebackmyaccount.com (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The TakeBackMyAccount recovery tool is a $29 one-time purchase, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). One payment covers it in full — nothing recurs, nothing renews. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

All content on the Site — text, tools, templates, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
