Recover a Hacked Roblox Account Without Email or Phone
Last updated: October 2026
The YouTube version of this problem promises a trick. There isn't one — there's a process. When you control neither the email nor the phone on the account, recovery comes down to one support ticket and how well you can prove the account is yours. Here's what counts, and what your odds really look like.
Why "no email, no phone" changes everything
Every self-service door on Roblox runs through the email or phone on file: password resets, login codes, verification prompts. When the hacker has changed both — or you simply never added them, which is common on accounts kids created years ago — those doors are locked from the inside. There is no secret back door, no phone number to call, and no legitimate third-party service that can get you in. What remains is the one path Roblox actually offers: a support ticket where a human reviews your ownership proof.
Step 0: Secure the device first
Before anything else, run a full malware/virus scan and remove suspicious browser extensions. Most account theft starts with malware or a cookie stealer on the victim's own device. Recovering the account onto an infected device just hands it back to the thief.
Step 1: File the ticket with what you have
- Go to roblox.com/support → Help Category "Account Hacked or Can't Log In" → subcategory "Account Hacked".
- For the contact email, use an address you control and check daily — this is where support will reply. If you know the original email first added to the account, name it in your message even if you can't access that inbox anymore; Roblox can see it on their side.
- Enter the username exactly as it was, and write a clear description: when you lost access, what changed, and what proof you can provide.
- Submit one ticket. Duplicates delay the process.
Step 2: Build your proof file
Without email or phone access, your case is exactly as strong as your proof. Hunt for these, strongest first:
- Purchase receipts and order/invoice IDs — Robux or Premium bought by card, PayPal, Google Play, the App Store, or Xbox. The first-ever payment is the gold standard; support has asked for it specifically. Search every old inbox, PayPal activity, bank/card statements, and Google Play or App Store purchase history. If a parent paid, their records count — ask them.
- The original email address ever added to the account, or the billing email from the first purchase.
- Old passwords — every previous password you can remember.
- Approximate account creation date.
- The device you normally play on, and where you made purchases.
Honest odds, by what you can prove
- You have purchase receipts (especially the first one): a genuine case. This is the proof support leans on most, and it's how email-changed accounts get recovered every day.
- You have the original email + old passwords + creation date, but no receipts: a weaker but real case. Send all of it together; partial proof stacked up is worth more than any single piece.
- You have only the username and "it's mine, I swear": be honest — support has no way to distinguish you from the hacker claiming the same thing. Recovery is unlikely. Spend your energy hunting for any payment record at all before you file; one receipt changes the case completely.
The 30-day deadline still applies to you
Restoration of lost items or Robux is only on the table if the compromise is reported within 30 days. Don't spend two weeks perfecting your proof file before filing — file the ticket inside the window, state what proof you have, and add to it as support responds. And a warning that matters: anyone charging you to "recover it for you" is running a scam. Roblox recovery is free, and it only happens through Roblox.
Questions people actually ask
Can I recover a Roblox account with no email and no phone?
Yes, if you can prove ownership another way — purchase receipts are the strongest substitute. The support ticket is the only route; there is no reset trick for this situation.
I never bought anything on the account. Can I still get it back?
It's harder. Without receipts, your case rests on the original email, old passwords, creation date, and device details. File with everything you have — but set expectations honestly: free accounts with no payment history are the hardest to recover.
How do I find my first Robux receipt?
Check the purchase history of whatever paid: PayPal activity, your card statement, Google Play order history, or the App Store purchase list. Look for the earliest Roblox charge you can find, and save the order or invoice ID.
How long does it take?
Roblox publishes no timeline. Community reporting suggests allowing up to a week for a staff reply; full cases commonly run 1 to 3 weeks. Watch the contact email you filed with, including spam.
